1. Service Description

ReviewPilot provides custom website design and development services on a subscription basis. We build handmade websites for businesses and provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and updates.

2. Payment Terms

One-Time Setup Fee: A one-time fee is charged upon signup based on your selected plan (Starter: $297, Pro: $497, Enterprise: $997).

Monthly Subscription: Your subscription auto-renews monthly at your selected plan rate (Starter: $39/mo, Pro: $49/mo, Enterprise: $99/mo) unless you cancel.

Refunds: Setup fees are refundable within 7 days if you're not satisfied. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

3. Service Delivery

We will deliver your website preview within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Final launch depends on your approval and any requested changes.

4. Updates & Changes

Your monthly subscription includes a set number of updates based on your plan. Updates are processed via email within 24-48 hours of your request.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.

6. Ownership

Upon final payment of your setup fee, you own all rights to your website content and design. ReviewPilot retains the right to showcase your website in our portfolio.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service for illegal activities, adult content, gambling, or any content that violates our acceptable use policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReviewPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
